REFUND POLICY

    We offer a 30-day refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of receiving the product, you can apply for a refund. Refunds are applicable to products that are returned in unused, undamaged original condition, with complete packaging and accessories.

    Our customer service team will review your application within 2 business days and respond to you with specific instructions for returning the product.
    After the review is passed, please follow the instructions to send the product back to our designated address. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the product.
  3. Refund Processing Time
    We process refund applications within 5 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be refunded in the original payment method. Please note that banks and payment platforms may require additional processing time.
  4. Non-refundable items
    The following items are not eligible for a refund:
