Processing Time
Once you complete your order and receive a confirmation email, we will process your order within 3 business days. Once processed, your package will be handed over to the selected carrier for shipment.

Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping (Europe): Estimated shipping time is 5 business days, depending on the destination.
International Shipping: Estimated shipping time is 10 business days, which may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and other uncontrollable factors.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on the weight, volume and destination of your order, they may vary.

Order Tracking
All shipped packages can be tracked using the tracking number provided by the shipping company. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time.

Customs and Taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and other charges in the destination country. Please consult your country’s customs department for more information. We cannot control or predict these costs, so we recommend that you understand the relevant laws and fees before purchasing.
